Leadership Team
Eli Morse, President
Eli graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors 
Degree in Nutritional Science. He immediately continued his education
to become certified in Novell Networking and progressed towards
Microsoft and Cisco Certification. He has held several roles in IT as a
Lead Network Engineer and Senior Network Analyst and Consultant
before launching Morse Technologies in 2002.
Morse Technologies has grown from 1 employee and 2 clients to 10
employees and over 100 clients over the years. They are a Microsoft
Gold Certified Partner and VMWare Enterprise Partner. Eli enjoys
learning new technologies, expanding his company’s solutions and
service offerings, networking with various organizations and speaking
on various technological topics to engage customers, colleagues,
friends and employees. His primary passion is customer interaction.
Professional memberships that Eli is affiliated with include Small
Business Association of New England (SBANE), North Shore
Technology Council (NSTC) and a monthly CEO Dialogue Group
Jared Morse, Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jared is responsible for growing the breadth of solutions and expanding 
the reach of Morse Technologies. Jared builds and maintains
relationships with leading technology vendors, business partners and
clientele, and plays a critical role in shaping the management decisions
that enable Morse Technologies to provide superior results to clients.
Jared is a 1997 graduate of the Whittemore School of Business &
Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He began his
professional career at Cabletron Systems, Inc., as a quality assurance
engineer, and later joined Enterasys Networks, providing technical
support for Aprisma’s network management software. He joined
Morse Technologies in 2003 as a Network Consultant, and moved
into the role of Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 2007.
Jared is active in a number of business organizations, including Merrimack
Valley Venture Forum, NH High Tech Council, Merrimack Valley Chamber
of Commerce and North Shore Technology Council. He is also a member
of the Kittery, ME chapter of Rotary International.
Karen A. Lamoureux, Controller
Karen serves as Controller and manages the Human Resource Dept. 
at Morse Technologies.
Ms. Lamoureux brings to the company over twenty years of experience
in the areas of finance, managing human resources, and operations
management. She has expert knowledge in running a small business
to meet the organizations objectives.
Prior to her employment at Morse Technologies, she was the first
Director of IT Services at an area college. As Director of IT Services for
a newly formed department, she was responsible for strategic
planning, managing the IT Support Team, and internal and external
relationship building.
Karen holds a bachelors degree in accounting from FPU and is a State
of New Hampshire Notary Public. She is an Intuit affiliate and certified
as a QuickBooks Advanced ProAdvisor and certified in QuickBooks
Enterprise Solutions. In addition, Ms. Lamoureux is certified by
Microsoft in Microsoft Accounting. She is a professional member of the
Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), High Tech Financial
Executives Network (HTFEN), Greater Merrimack Valley Human
Resource Association (GMVHRA), and Financial Executives
Networking Group (FENG).
Steve Desrosiers, VP of Professional Services
Steve attended Boston University to study computer networking. While <>
studying at Boston University Steve earned Microsoft certifications and
began working as a field engineer for a NH based Computer Support
Company. Thru the late ninety’s and into the Millennium, he continued
working in network support roles and continuing his education. Steve
brings over 13 years of experience working in the IT industry. He earned
multiple certifications from Cisco including CCNP. He joined Morse
Technologies in 2004 as a Senior Network Consultant. Steve now leads
the Technology Team at Morse Technologies as VP of Professional
Services
at Morse Technologies.
